Serena of Locks Lashes Lips strives to make her clients feel beautiful both inside and out. She has trained with the Love and Artistry beauty team and is a Certified International Makeup Artist with Glam Lab Makeup Studios & Academy. She is a San Francisco Bay Area based makeup and hair artist, who is open to travel!
She takes much pride in her work and her clients’ satisfaction is her #1 priority.
